Strategy, Policy, Projects and Performance Management (SPPPMO)

The Strategy, Policy, Projects, Performance Management Office (SPPPMO) is the Strategic and Technocratic Arm of the Governor’s office designed to support the  Edo State Government in the delivery of the Make Edo Great Again (MEGA) vision in line with the global best practices.
We have been mandated by the State Government to revolutionize the Civil/Public service and restore confidence and pride in a system that not only works but produces effective and measurable results.

Our mission is to drive transformative change through strategic planning, evidence-based policymaking, and rigorous performance management, ultimately improving the lives of all residents of Edo State. Also, to make Edo great again.

To oversee the successful execution of projects, ensuring efficiency and accountability.

To monitor and evaluate performance across government departments, driving continuous improvement.
